Nancy began working with clients as a case manager in 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Ohio State University. For over 20 years, Nancy worked at a closed-door specialty pharmacy, focusing on transplant patients.

She eventually rose to the position of Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations, overseeing two offices and managing 34 employees. After the pharmacy closed, Nancy opened a roofing and general contracting company in Florida, where she worked for 28 years until the pandemic impacted the industry. She now resides in Chicago, close to her daughter's family, allowing her to enjoy the role of a grandmother and helping raise her grandchildren. Nancy enjoys her work at Q Life, where she assists other seniors in improving their financial situations thorough life settlements.
