Steven founded Q Capital in 2003 and currently serves as the president and CEO of Q Capital Strategies, LLC and Life Settlement Solutions LLC.

He has extensive experience in life settlements, strategic consulting, investment banking advisory services, and private equity investing. Steven holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and a past Chair of LISA, the Life Insurance Settlement Association, the oldest and largest trade organization in the life settlement industry. Steven is passionate about helping people secure their financial future and aims to create win-win situations with every policy Q Capital purchases.

He currently resides in New York with his wife, two adult daughters, and a golden retriever. In his free time, he enjoys running, marathon racing, hiking, and playing the guitar.
