Position Summary
Q Life Settlements is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Policy Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote, unlicensed sales support role responsible for managing the client journey from initial inquiry through successful policy sale. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong communication skills and a proven ability to guide sophisticated clients through complex transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for clients throughout the life insurance sale process.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, video chat, email, and live chat.
  • Manage the document collection process, sending necessary forms and ensuring timely returns.
  • Accurately update and maintain organized case files in the CRM.
  • Order life insurance policy documents and medical records as required.
  • Compile, review, and organize case documentation for valuation and transaction execution.
  • Support negotiation of sales arrangements in alignment with internal teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; background in financial services or life insurance strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-value transactions and engaging with sophisticated clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills, exhibiting discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, with sharp attention to detail and a track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable conducting daily client interactions via video conferencing.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can take initiative and independently manage complex, multi-step processes.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred, though not required.

  • Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
